Custom-Made Products
All products sold by Vintage Tailor are custom-made and tailored based on the measurements and preferences provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for size-related issues or personal preference changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged
The item received is incorrect compared to the original order
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Changes of mind after production has started
Normal variations in color or fabric texture due to screen differences
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
