1. Custom-Made Products (Important Notice)

All products sold by Vintage Tailor are made-to-order and customized according to the measurements, style selections, and preferences provided by the customer.

Because these items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Fit or size issues resulting from customer-submitted measurements.

  • Changes of mind or personal preference after the order is placed.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting or screen differences.

By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted measurements and customization details are accurate.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do accept refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, style, or customization compared to the original order).

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Proof is required (see below).

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

  • A brief description of the issue.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Vintage Tailor will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

4. Resolution Options

After review and approval, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost.

  • A partial or full refund to the original payment method.

The resolution method will be determined by Vintage Tailor based on the issue.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.

  • The final posting time depends on your payment provider or bank.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Errors in measurements submitted by the customer.

  • Orders canceled after production has started.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or postal services beyond our control.
