All products sold by Vintage Tailor are custom-made based on the measurements and preferences provided by the customer.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for size-related issues. Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and contact details.
